QUE Features
For over 40 years, Sunline Coach Company has produced high quality travel trailers for a variety of customers from couples to families and back to empty nesters. During the 70’s and 80’s Sunline established the market for smaller lightweight trailers. With the introduction of the new QUE line of trailers, Sunline pays tribute to their past with a concept that looks toward the future.
This dynamic new trailer is designed for adventure and appeals to your carefree, spontaneous side. The new 17’ QUE 5.4 travel trailer is available in rear and side entry floorplans. With its lightweight aluminum frame, laminated sidewalls and floor, the QUE has a gross vehicle weight, (GVWR) rating of 3,500lbs. This allows for towing by small SUVs, minivans, compact pickups and a long list of vehicles that would normally not have the ability to tow a fully equipped travel trailer. Don’t be fooled by its size, the QUE is a complete travel trailer featuring a full bath, kitchen and living area.
Check out the sleek, contemporary graphics on the QUE! Both models feature a 22” entrance door, either on the side or in the rear. The front cap of the QUE is made of polycarbonate/ABS plastic, a plastic blend that is rugged, dent and weather-resistant, low maintenance and lighter weight than fiberglass. The front cap overlaps the sidewalls and rubber roof of the trailer creating a positive seal and aerodynamic profile that is both efficient and appealing.
Both models feature a sleek low maintenance exterior, plenty of large dark-tinted windows with built in day-night shades. Other standard exterior features include an outside shower, two concealed, 20-lbs. gas bottles with gauges, auto regulator, a Dometic 8500 Series awning, 15” tires with aluminum sport wheels, rear LED brake and clearance lights with center indicator braking light.
Once inside, you’ll notice the QUE’s striking European design. Its cherry cabinets with brushed nickel fixtures, fabric ceiling, and low maintenance Microsuede fabrics provide a stylish and contemporary feel. The versatile seating area converts from sectional-style sofa seating to a bed in less than a minute. The 6” cushions are filled with high-density foundation including a layer of memory foam under the surface. The seating area, when converted for sleeping, provides space and comfort that surpasses the quality of a 390-coil mattress.
A unique feature of the QUE’s interior is that it can be changed in minutes to a completely different décor. Sunline offers four different décor kits that include cushions, accent pillows and window valance. These kits can be ordered by the consumer at any Sunline dealer. This convenience allows you to replace your interior any time you wish.
Other standard interior features include, Armstrong Vinyl flooring, European pleated window treatments, high-output halogen lighting, AM/FM/CD Stereo, TV antenna jack, fabric ceiling, 11,000 BTU air conditioner with high output furnace, and plenty of storage space.
Full featured bathrooms are a hallmark of every Sunline trailer and the QUE is no exception. The bath features a china bowl toilet with foot pedal flush, 32” X 24” shower with non-skid floor, roll away European shower door with automatic cleaning squeegee, dome skylight, and a seamless shower/tub surround that extends to the ceiling eliminating leaks. Sunline’s bath vanity features ample under sink storage, towel rack, medicine cabinet, mirror, power roof vent and ducted heating. The QUE features a 6 gallon gas/electric/DSI water heater for plenty of hot water on demand.
The kitchen is truly elegant and feature ample drawer and cabinet space. The QUE’s stainless steel sink/stove combination that is a work of art. The graceful curved design features three burners, folding single lever faucet and is easy to clean. The built in ceramic covers, conceal the sink and stove and create additional counter space when not in use. The 4 cubic foot Dometic, under counter refrigerator features advanced insulation technology increasing interior space and cooling efficiency. The microwave oven contained in the overhead cabinet, features a turntable and touchpad operation.
Optional features include a Toshiba 14” LCD television with DVD stereo and remote. An outside gas grill is also available.
Towing is a dream with QUE’s perfect balance of weight, rubber ride suspension and lightweight steel frame. A unique feature of the QUE are the 15”outboard wheels and flair-side fenders that provide stability and better tracking when towing. This feature combined with QUE’s aerodynamic shape creates a package that is stable and fuel-efficient.
